With over twenty-five years of experience across luxury hospitality, Haute Couture and High Jewellery, Alyne Hansen-Damm has built her career around an instinctive understanding of clients, exceptional service and the world of luxury.

Her career has taken her from luxury hospitality in Paris and London to senior roles at Van Cleef & Arpels, Boucheron and Ralph & Russo, where she served as Store Director, European Retail Director and Global Haute Couture Sales Director.

In 2020, Alyne founded AHD Consulting, advising luxury houses on client development, retail excellence, commercial performance, training and coaching.

Today, she works with both luxury brands and private clients, bringing together decades of experience, an extensive international network and a highly personal approach.

Alongside her consultancy work, Alyne offers a discreet Private Wardrobe service, helping clients curate and build wardrobes that reflect their lifestyle and individuality, as well as sourcing exceptional pieces and providing personal guidance for important occasions.
