With over twenty-five years of experience across luxury hospitality, haute couture, and high jewellery, Alyne Hansen-Damm brings a deep understanding of what defines true excellence in client experience.

Her career has taken her from leading client relations in Paris and London to senior roles at Van Cleef & Arpels, Boucheron, and Ralph & Russo, where she served respectively as Store Director, European Retail Director, and Global Haute Couture Sales Director.

In 2020, she founded AHD Consulting to help luxury houses elevate their client experience, strengthen commercial performance, and translate brand vision into lasting relationships.

Alyne believes that luxury is, above all, a human experience, built on emotion, connection, and beauty in every detail.
